Malia Simon is a New York City-based comedian, writer, and actor who has apparently decided to make a website.
She graduated from Columbia University, where she ran the Columbia University Sketch Show and wrote satire for The Federalist and The Blue and White magazine. She has worked as a production intern at Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Coolfire Studios, and Honeysuckle Media.
Malia now performs standup comedy in clubs and bars around the city, which her relatives think is a really good idea and not a complete waste of her degree.
Her video comedy has been featured in New York Underground Comedy Film Festival, College Television Awards, and Peace in the Streets Global Film Festival. She is a contributing writer for Reductress and co-produces a weekly standup show called Cult Comedy featuring her favorite comedians in the city.
