As a biracial feminist from the Midwest, Julia has found her own unique voice in comedy over the years. She has performed around the country and was recently named one of Comedy Central’s Up Next comedians and a TBS Comic To Watch.
Julia has also been featured on the Moth Radio Hour and made her television debut on season 2 of HBO's Crashing. In addition to performing, her writing has been published in The New York Times, The New Yorker and McSweeney's.
