Jim McVeigh is a comedian based in Oakland. Jim's comedy stems from feeling like an alien in most parts of life. He’s been described as having both dorky-dad, and cool-mom energy on stage. His act is vulnerable and silly, as he tries to process the world happening at him.
Jim is a recent addition to the rosters of Punch Line, Cobb’s, and Rooster T Feathers. He’s opened for Eddie Pepitone, Jackie Kashian, and performed at SF Sketchfest, SF Comic Con, Oakland Comedy Fest, and Savage Henry. He hosted two popular weekly comedy shows: Critical Hit in Oakland every Saturday, and Troubled Comedy every Tuesday in SF.
