Redd is a comedian and rapper and was a performer at Chicago’s Second City. In 2018, he received the Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for the “SNL” song “Come Back, Barack.” He most notably appeared in the 2016 film “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping” and opposite Kathy Bates in the Netflix original comedy series “Disjointed.” In 2017, he had his own half-hour episode of “Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents.”
Redd is from St. Louis, Missouri, and his birthday is March 25.
